Vital Life Expressing as Me

There is one infinite Life, one radiant Presence, one perfect Intelligence moving as the vitality of all creation. This Life is whole, harmonious, energized, and self renewing. The nature of God is health in motion, vitality in action, and intelligent energy expressing Itself fully and freely.

I recognize that this same Life is present now, animating every function, every system, and every cell of my being with perfect order and dynamic strength. I am one with this divine Life, and I consciously accept my unity with its health and vitality.

I allow every aspect of my being to cooperate with Life’s design, expressing energy, flexibility, and well being with confidence and faith. The health of Presence expresses Itself through me effortlessly because it is who I am at every level of my existence. Vitality flows as my natural state, supporting clear thinking, joyful movement, and inspired living. Every breath, every step, and every action is infused with Life’s renewing power. I live awake to the understanding that my body is a willing instrument for God’s energetic and vibrant expression.

With deep gratitude, I give thanks for this ever present Life vibrantly individualizing as me.

I trust the Law of Life to sustain, renew, and energize every aspect of my being. I release this word into the creative action of Spirit, knowing it is so! And so it is.
