“Health is not simply the absence of illness. It is the dynamic expression of life.”
Dr. Ernest Holmes
Listen to Today’s Affirmative Knowing
“You cannot consistently feed your consciousness thoughts of Oneness without eventually living from a Consciousness of Oneness.”
I behold Spirit as pure radiance—an endless beam of love, truth, and brilliance. It shines, not because it tries, but because it is.
I am one with this Light. I don’t need to search for the Light—I am the Light. I walk as the Presence of clarity, kindness, and power.
I affirm that I light up rooms with my energy. I radiate truth and love. I lift those around me. My words are illumination. My presence is a blessing. I am a lighthouse in a shifting world.
With joy, I give thanks for the divine shine within me. I am grateful to live as a beacon, both grounded and glowing.
I place this word into the Law of Radiance. I shine unapologetically. The world is brighter because I’m in it. And so it is.
