I affirm that I stay centered no matter what arises. I choose calm over chaos. My energy soothes the air around me. I breathe deeply, speak gently, and walk lightly. Peace is not something I chase—it is who I am.
Thank you, Divine Presence, for the strength to remain still in the swirl. I give thanks that calmness is my default.
I let this truth rest in the Law of Peace. I am still. I am sure. I am safe. So be it.
