“Life is forever revealing Itself through us, as us, and we need only trust Its movement.”
Dr. Ernest Holmes
Listen to Today’s Affirmative Knowing
“You cannot consistently feed your consciousness thoughts of Oneness without eventually living from a Consciousness of Oneness.”
There is only One Life. It is infinite, intelligent, creative, and forever expressing Itself in new and magnificent ways. This Life is Divine Source, eternally becoming more of Itself through every living thing. It knows no limitation, no stagnation, and no ending. It is the ceaseless evolution of the overflowing good of God.
I know Presence individualizes Itself as me. Therefore, I am the active evolution of the Divine. Every breath I take, every inspired thought I have, every loving action I express becomes another opportunity for Source to reveal more of Its infinite nature in, as and through me. My consciousness is the point where the Infinite becomes visible.
I welcome all new ideas with an open heart and mind. I loving release every false idea that says I must remain who I was yesterday. The whole of my being is designed for continual expansion, and I joyfully embrace each invitation to grow. Every experience enriches my awareness. Every interaction awakens a greater strength. Every moment of my journey reminds me that Life is forever unfolding as the evolution and expansion of the Good of God. I allow Divine Intelligence to guide my decisions, Love to direct my relationships, and Joy to become the atmosphere in which I live.
With a grateful heart, I celebrate this sacred moment. I give thanks that the Universe continually supports my highest good and expresses as ever greater possibilities.
I release these words into the causative and formative energy of the Universe knowing they are so.
And so it is.

Insight & Practuce Option
Evolution is not about becoming someone else. It is about allowing more of your Divine nature to emerge. Today, notice one place where you usually react from habit. Pause, take one conscious breath, and choose the response that reflects your highest self. Every intentional choice becomes another step in Spirit’s unfolding through you.
