I Am Health Unfolding

Spirit is the One Power, the living Intelligence from which all creation receives its being. Within this Infinite Life exists the perfect possibility of health, renewal, and vitality. The Creative Principle is eternally active, forever bringing forth new expressions of Its own completeness. Its nature is Life, and Life continually seeks fuller expression.

The Life Principle at work throughout creation is the very intelligence operating within my body. In every heartbeat, every breath, and every natural process of renewal, I recognize the activity of this One Spirit. Its wisdom is intimately present in my physical being, and I consciously identify with its wholeness. The health of Spirit is my spiritual inheritance, and I accept it as the foundation of my physical experience.

I am health unfolding! Every cell of my body participates in the magnificent activity of Life, and I affirm the natural intelligence directing its healthy function. Vitality is the experience I claim for myself, and wellness is the consciousness from which I live. My faith gives full authority to the healthy ideal I establish in Mind. I speak my word for strength, physical harmony, and the complete well-being of my body, knowing that Creative Law responds to the conviction with which it is spoken. There is a wonderful satisfaction in experiencing a body that moves comfortably, functions effectively, and supports an active, enjoyable life. I welcome that satisfaction as my present reality. My heart beats with the rhythm of Life, my body responds to its innate intelligence, and my entire physical being expresses the renewing activity of Spirit. I give my attention to health as an established spiritual truth and allow that conviction to influence the way I care for myself. Each day brings fresh opportunities to enjoy greater stamina, comfortable movement, restorative rest, and the simple pleasure of feeling wonderfully alive. With genuine enthusiasm, I accept the fullness of health available through the Life Principle expressing as me. This is the healthy life I claim, the vitality I embody, and the wellness I joyfully experience!

I give thanks for my body’s remarkable capacity for renewal and for the ever-present possibilities of Life.

I now entrust my word to the perfect operation of Creative Law. The healthy ideal I have accepted is established in consciousness, and I allow its expression with joyful certainty. And so it is!
