“Anyone can heal who believes that he can and will take the time to put that belief into motion.”

Listen to Today’s Affirmative Knowing
“You cannot consistently feed your consciousness thoughts of Oneness without eventually living from a Consciousness of Oneness.”
I know there is a Divine Energy that is always present and operates in, as and through all of life.
I identify this divine energy as God, and I am Its perfect expression.
As an expression of Divine Energy, I am aware of the power of my words and thoughts. My words and thoughts are first cause of my experience. I am mindful of my words and thoughts as they manifest my greatest good. I deny any doubts or hesitation about this powerful knowing.
I am grateful to be in the ever-expanding flow and all I manifest on my journey.
I release this truth into universal law knowing it is already so. And so it is!

For the next 24 hours, become consciously aware of your inner dialogue. When you notice a thought or statement that does not support your highest good, gently redirect it into a constructive and empowering idea. Instead of reacting automatically, pause and choose words that affirm possibility, clarity, and success. This simple practice strengthens your awareness that your thoughts and words help shape your experience.
