“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit.”
B.K.S. Iyengar
Listen to Today’s Affirmative Knowing
“You cannot consistently feed your consciousness thoughts of Oneness without eventually living from a Consciousness of Oneness.”
I know that God is all powerful, all knowing, and everywhere present. God is the universal essence from which springs all life.
I know that I am one with God and one with divine life. Therefore, I also know that I am one with the entire global human family with whom I share my divine genealogy.
Because of this oneness, I affirm that peace among all the people of all the world is at hand. I rejoice as I see this spiritual reality emerge in ever increasing measure. Understanding grows as civility guides every conversation. Wisdom triumphs as compassion guides every action. And healing unfolds as the illusion of boundaries between individuals, races, ethnicities, religions, and nations disappears into the nothingness from which it came.
Thank you, God, for the joy of embracing the awareness of divine oneness and peace for myself and for everyone, everywhere.
I release this prayer knowing that because God is, peace is. And so it is!
