“Right action follows right knowing.”
Dr. Ernest Holmes
Listen to Today’s Affirmative Knowing
“You cannot consistently feed your consciousness thoughts of Oneness without eventually living from a Consciousness of Oneness.”
This moment opens like a sunrise, revealing the radiant brilliance of Life as perfect vitality. Divine Intelligence governs every cell, and its perfection is the pattern beneath all form.
I acknowledge that the Life of God and my life are one in luminous expression. The vitality of the Infinite is not distant—it animates every breath I take, every heartbeat, every spark of thought. The divine pulse moves through me as strength, renewal, and perfect balance.
I now speak as wholeness embodied. Every organ sings in harmony. My mind is a clear channel for divine clarity. My body moves with grace, strength, and energy. I am refreshed, renewed, and completely restored in the eternal now. Vitality radiates through my being, from my fingertips to my soul. I am a living miracle of health, energized by divine perfection.
Joy swells within me as I recognize how deeply I am loved by this Universe. I honor my physical being as a temple of Source. I am thankful for the surge of wellness coursing through me. I celebrate the sacred brilliance of my perfectly designed body.
I breathe these truths into the Infinite Field and know they are already made manifest. Health is here. Wellness is mine. So be it.
