I affirm that my mind is clear, my body is vital, and my spirit is radiant. I function from integration and balance. I am healed, whole, and holy in every dimension of my being. There is nothing to fix—only truth to reveal.
I give thanks for the wellness that is already mine. I celebrate the harmony within me.
