The unconditional love of God is the very medium of existence, the substance every moment floats within, the way an ocean is the medium every wave moves through. God’s love simply gives, holding every form of creation equally within itself.
I know God’s love lives as me, the very identity of my being, as intimate as my own pulse and as natural as my next breath. Every cell of my being carries this same Divine Love that fills the ocean’s tide and opens every flower — the Spirit’s love expressing fully and completely as me.
I know I am immersed in the love of God, wrapped and held by it in every moment. I feel this Divine Love rising through my chest, warm and full, spilling into every glance, every word, every touch. I see this same love of Source shining in every person I meet today — in the stranger’s eyes, in the familiar face, even in the one who is hardest to love. Centered in this knowing, I recognize one Divine Love wearing a thousand different faces, and I greet it in each one with open recognition. My heart is wide, my compassion is boundless, and God’s love flows through me freely, complete and unconditional in itself.
I give thanks for God’s love, complete and constant, alive in everyone I meet. Gratitude fills me as I recognize this Divine Love as the very air my spirit breathes, present and whole in this moment.
I release these words into the Law of Mind, trusting this love of the Spirit to express fully through every encounter this day holds.
And so it is.

The unconditional love you long to feel is already yours — it is God’s love, freely given in every direction and already flowing as you. Today, before you speak with anyone, silently affirm: “I see the Divine Love that you are.” Practice this first with someone easy to love, then with someone more challenging to love. Notice how this simple recognition softens your own heart as much as it blesses theirs.
