I know I am God expressing as a living body, a conscious mind, and an aware spirit. Therefore the health of God is the natural state of my being.
I affirm every system of my body cooperates in perfect balance, every function aligns with vitality, and every cell actively participates as well being of Source. I claim strength, ease, and resilience as qualities of my life.
I am grateful for the knowing my body as a faithful expression of divine health, clarity, and stability each and every day.
