An Elavated State of Living
The one Infinite Presence that expresses through all things is the only truth of existence. It is not bound by time, limited in its circumstances, or confined to any singular outcome or future. It is God, expressing as the fullness of all of life, existing here and now in every moment.
This Presence and I are one. The fullness of all life exists within me, created as me, flows through me, and is ever present with me. I walk through life as this presence and I am one with the peace, love, beauty and perfection of this moment.
I breathe in and acknowledge the Divine flowing through this moment. I consciously choose to be fully present in the sacred unfolding in my life. I recognize that all of life exists in each moment of my day. I am awake to the beauty in ordinary moments, the wisdom within stillness, and the Divine invitation present in every experience. When my mind wanders into yesterday or tomorrow, I lovingly return to this moment, staying present in my oneness with Source and open to experiencing and expressing as all that Source is. I am here, right now, and that is enough.
I give thanks for the precious gift that is living in the moment. I give gratitude for the breath in my lungs, the beating of my heart, the life that moves through my body and the infinite opportunities to express and experience love in each moment of my life.
I release these words into the Universe, recognizing the presence of Divine Love right here, in this beautiful, sacred moment of now.
The present moment is where life is actually happening, and where our conscious participation in its unfolding becomes possible. Give yourself the gift of being fully engaged in something you ordinarily do on autopilot. Whether enjoying a meal, listening to someone speak, or simply walking from one place to another, bring your complete attention to the experience. Notice how even the most familiar activity takes on a new richness when you are consciously present. Every moment offers an opportunity to experience the fullness of life, and your awareness is what makes that experience come alive.
I am fully present in the magnificent unfolding of my life, experiencing the fullness of Divine Good in every moment.
