An Elavated State of Living
God is the Eternal Life Principle, present everywhere and expressing throughout all creation. This Infinite Life exists beyond the measurement of time and the changing conditions of physical existence. Its nature is wholeness, continuity, and perpetual renewal. Every form reveals something of this Life, while the Principle Itself remains forever complete.
I am an individualization of this Eternal Life. My physical body gives form to my human experience, while my essential nature is Spirit. I am the Life Principle expressing as a unique being, endowed with Its enduring wholeness and creative vitality.
I know myself as ageless being. The years I have lived represent experiences through which I have expressed Life, and I welcome the wisdom and richness they have brought me. My spiritual identity remains independent of those experiences, continually available for fresh expression. I affirm that the fullness of Life is present within me at this very moment. I live in conscious agreement with the eternal nature of my being, allowing its intelligence to inform the way I experience my body and the world around me. I recognize my physical form as a living expression of Spirit, deserving of appreciation, thoughtful care, and loving attention. I believe in the renewing activity of the Life Principle within me. Its wisdom guides the natural functions of my body, and its wholeness provides the spiritual foundation from which I affirm health and vitality. I am at peace with the unfolding of my human experience. Each day offers another opportunity for the timeless nature of Spirit to reveal itself through my awareness, my activity, and my enjoyment of being alive. I declare that my life is an expression of eternal possibility, and I welcome the continuing revelation of the beauty, vitality, and completeness inherent in my Divine nature.
I am grateful for the gift of Life expressing through me and for the awareness of my eternal spiritual identity. I appreciate my body as the means through which I experience the richness of living.
I release my word into Infinite Creative Intelligence, knowing that the wholeness of Spirit is established within me. I rest in peaceful acceptance of this Truth and allow its expression throughout my life. And so it is!

Consider how often you describe yourself according to your age or something that happened years ago. Notice one such description and ask whether it reflects your present spiritual understanding. Replace it with a statement that honors the Life expressing through you now. Give your body an experience of loving attention through movement, nourishment, rest, or an activity you genuinely enjoy. Let the present moment become an opportunity to appreciate the eternal Life you are living.
I am Eternal Life individualized, ageless in Spirit, whole in being, and continually renewed in my experience of Life.
